I don’t know how it happened, but when I moved my WordPress installation to this server, comment moderation was turned on and the settings reverted to registration required.
This represents an error on my part (though I’m not sure just what), not a change in policy. Moderation is again off and any user can comment.
I thought they might not post a static list, since you can get it live, but they did, and it’s here. There are also a couple of notes on developing the library: Need for better hosting Possible peer reviewed bibliblog Check out the post for those, even if you don’t care about the actual rankings.
I missed this earlier, but there is a PDF of the full book available on the Desiring God web site. I must admit that a couple of books by N. T. Wright still remain above it on my reading list. Administrative Note: I will be upgrading this blog to WordPress 2.3.1 in the next half…
