Psalm 119:176 – Seek Me

The Psalm’s praise and prayer is encapsulated in this verse and again in the next. Give me life, let your decisions help me!
Longing and delight are both produced by God’s grace that starts giving before we ever ask, even before we even are.
“May your hand help me” is a prayer that we all need to pray, recognizing God’s power as the only thing that can take us where God demands that we go.
What makes laws righteous and praiseworthy? I look at quite a number of other sources to talk about righteous laws.
How can one sing praises about the law? Perhaps we need to change our perspective.
This verse expresses a common desire and the cry of many hearts. Let me plea come before God! Answer me, save me, according to Your word!
Asking God for understanding or wisdom is a good idea, but we need to be ready to receive wisdom. That might require change! Oh no! Here comes repentance!
God sees everything about us. Is this a threat or a privilege?
How is it possible to love the law? Is it possible to keep God’s law? This verse leads me to meditate on those questions.
