		<description>I agree...often it seems Christians are terrified of disagreeing on something because it might mean that we aren&#039;t unified.  It seems to me that the NT church had several disagreements, yet Christ still considered them part of His body!  Constructive disagreement is healthy not harmful.</description>

		<description>I can second the recommendation to get involved.  I served on SPRC as member and chairman and welcomed the workings of politics within the church.  Sometimes it&#039;s frustrating and stressful, but it&#039;s a process that is very human and ultimately it can be quite satisfying when you see the results of your and other&#039;s work.</description>
